What to expect after breast augmentation surgery?

After having breast implants in place expect a few days off from your routine work. A bandage will be wrapped around the breasts along with a few days course of antibiotics to avoid infection of the surgical wound. Swelling and bruising will subside after 10 to 15 days and the bandage will also be removed. Afterward, your doctor will advise you about the support bra that you have to use for a few weeks. After 2 two to three weeks, you will be able to see the results of your breast augmentation surgery.
